Blend signing room and Blend workspace update 

We’ve improved the security of Blend’s signing room and workspace to prevent spam. As part of these security enhancements, the old web access method will be discontinued. Users will continue to access all features and functionalities as before. A brief service interruption is required to complete this update.

Will there be downtime associated with this maintenance?

No downtime is expected.

What services or products are affected? (Specify which services will be down or delayed)

Blend signing room and Blend workspace will not be accessible during the scheduled maintenance window.

What are the affected periods?

Estimated downtime will be 15 minutes between 12am-12:15 AM PT on Tuesday 04/22/25. 

Kubernetes Minor Version Upgrade

Blend will be upgrading beta and prod kubernetes clusters (EKS) from version 1.28 to 1.29. The total downtime for this maintenance is anticipated to be less than 5 minutes.

Database Maintenance

Blend will be performing maintenance on a postgres-shared database in production and beta environments. The total downtime for this maintenance is anticipated to be less than 5 minutes.
