Maintenance Announcements (1)

(Update) OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance

Update January 28, 2025: Previously provided maintenance window dates were estimates provided by OneSpan and subject to change. These estimated dates have been removed, and the actual maintenance date for February 2025 is now provided below. Future maintenance windows will be communicated after they are finalized by OneSpan. 

OneSpan has announced upcoming maintenance windows. This maintenance will result in downtime where Blend lender and applicant users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.

Existing eSign tasks can be reopened once maintenance is complete.

Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to manually re-attempt the creation or issuance of eSign tasks.

Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.

What are the affected periods for beta and production?
February 1, 2025 at 9pm - February 2, 2025 at 12am Pacific
