Ability to Configure Affordable Loan Programs

Which customers are impacted?: Customers who use DU and/or LPA in Blend, and who support their affordable loan programs.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:
Following the recent release of the DU and LPA's affordable loan programs inclusion in the lender application, there has been feedback from customers who would like the ability to select which affordable loans are available. In light of this feedback, customers can now select which loan programs they want to show. 

The default is to have all programs selected for DU and LPA, however, this is configurable. Additionally, if a customer only has one of DU or LPA available, then we will only show that one option. For example, if a customer only has DU configured, then LPA will NOT be visible as a GSE program type. 

Current Behavior:
Currently, all GSE affordable loan programs are visible. 

New Behavior:
Now available, customers can customize which affordable loan programs they want to include in the dropdown. 

In this example, the user admin customized the LPA affordable loan program type to only offer CHOICEHome, CHOICERenovation, Community Land Trust, and GreenCHOICE as options in the dropdown.

If a lender customer only has one of DU or LPA configured in their environment, the only GSE affordable loan programs for that AUS will be visible and selectable in this selection. As a reminder, those options are:
