PromoCode field Added to Reporting API v8

Date Available: Currently available in beta & prod

Which customers are impacted?: All customers using the Reporting API or Dashboard and who use IDV in Blend.

How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers immediately.

Purpose of Update and Benefit: 

We will be adding one new applicant-input field to the Deposit Account Applications endpoint in the GET /reporting/deposit-account-applications endpoint in V8 of the Reporting API. This field will be available for Blend Builder applications that use the promoCode field as part of their applicant intake workflow. 

Current Behavior: The Deposit Account Applications report contains one row per application with other fields (e.g. marketing tag) to gain insight on applicants. 

New Behavior:

We will be adding the following field to the Deposit Account Applications report: 

• promoCode - The applicant’s string input or a pre-filled value from the URL entrypoint for a deposit account application. No set enumerations.

You will not experience any change in the functionality of the Reporting Dashboard, just the number of fields returned when pulling the Deposit Account Applications V8 endpoint.
