Is there a way to automate the archive process instead of manually archiving each loan?
We have loans that have closed and funded and others that have been declined and want those loans to be archived in Blend.
Answer
In Blend - loans are automatically archived after 120 days. Refer to Archive or Unarchive an Application in Blend to learn more.
In Encompass - this can be done with the KensieMae.
Open the Blend Integration Settings (KM Tools)
- Navigate to the Data Sync tab
- In the Auto Archive Configuration box, select which loan status in Encompass will archive the loan in Blend
