Database Maintenance

We are doing an security patch update for several of our databases on 12/5/25 and 12/8/25 that includes numerous Beta and Production databases.

Will there be downtime associated with this maintenance?
Yes, the downtime will impact features and services in the lender app. Failed tasks will be retried after maintenance is done. 

What services or products are affected? 

Beehive / Bons: External API webhooks will experience a 3–5 minute delay before being forwarded to customers.

Activities: Loan activities may take 3–5 minutes to appear in the activities feed on the lender UI.

Pipeline Search: The latest loan data may take 3–5 minutes to appear on the Pipeline page in the lender UI.

Purge Processes: No impact expected. Loan purge processes will continue to run normally, as they are event-based and automatically recoverable.

Payments - Borrowers will be unable to access the fee payments portal for about 3-5 minutes.

How will this impact the borrower app?

For customers that have integrated with a fee payments provider, borrowers will not have access to the feature for 3-5 minutes. There should be no other impact for the rest of the borrower application.

How will this impact the lender app?

There will be a 3-5 minutes delay in loan activities appearing on the activities feed on the lender UI and the latest loan data appearing on the lender UI pipeline page.

We don't expect any data loss because all of the systems are event based and recoverable.

What are the affected periods for beta?

What are affected periods for prod environments?
Estimated downtime 5 minutes between 12am-2amPT on 12/08/2025
