Emit incomeVerificationRefIdUpdated event on successful income verification for Truework

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

Blend exposes a distinct GSE Ref IDs which points to structured income data. GSEs (Fannie and Freddie) use these IDs to source structured verified data from blend and feed this data into their automated underwriting tools (DU and LPA).

These IDs are useful to lenders beyond the lifecycle of their loan in blend. Lenders which run these automated underwriting tools from the LOS for example require the reference id to exist in their LOS as well.

Today, Blend supports a few export triggers for an initial income verification/ updated income verification, but we are not exporting the reference id except if it is included in the loan export or loan update.

We also need to update the LOS if income is run in other scenarios, including:

1. Login follow up

2. Re-verification of income

3. Report upgrade

Current Behavior:

The “incomeVerificationRefIdUpdated” BONS event was not firing for TrueWork. 

New Behavior:

The “incomeVerificationRefIdUpdated” BONS event now fires for Truework + associated updates in Encompass integration were made to handle this update.
