Purpose of Update and Benefit:
This new feature adds the ability to sync the primary assignee (loan officer) to Encompass if/when the assignee is updated in Blend, and vice versa. This enhancement to the Blend <> Encompass integration will ensure that the Blend remains in better sync with the LOS.
Current Behavior:
Currently, it is possible to reassign loans in Encompass and sync those changes to Blend, but it was not possible to sync the same data from Blend to Encompass.
New Behavior:
The primary assignee field will have a two-way sync between Blend and Encompass, and any changes to this field in Blend will be reflected in Encompass, and changes in Encompass will be reflected in Blend.
