Update to "Ability to Include Loan Reference Number to Subject and Body of Some Follow-Up Emails"

This post is to inform our customers of a change to the Ability to Include Loan Reference Number to Subject and Body of Some Follow-Up Emails feature, which was included in the March 8, 2024 Release Notes. 

There are two corrections to the emails that can be configured to include loan number in the template: 

• OUTSTANDING_FOLLOW_UPS_V3 is not the correct email impacted by this change. This has been corrected to OUTSTANDING_FOLLOW_UPS_V2.
• The REVIEW_DOCS_REQUESTED email template can also include the loan number in the template. This has been included in the list of templates in the original Release Note.
