We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

(New) Blend Public API v5.1.0 Release
Version 5.1.0 of the Blend Public API will be released to General Availability on May 3, 2022. As part of our standard API release cadence, v5.1.0 will not introduce any breaking changes, and will not introduce any changes to previous versions of the API. After the Generally Available release of v5.1.0, v5.2.0 will become the current Experimental version of the Blend Public API.
Some highlights of v5.1.0 of the Blend Public API include:
Added roles as a query parameter to GET /lenders. This query parameter allows you to pass multiple roles that are configured in Blend. If passed in, the endpoint will return a list of lenders with any of the roles specified.
Added support for fields collected during the pre-qual flow in the Loans API.
Added a new API endpoint POST /close/ron-eligibility-check to the RON Eligibility Check API.
The full changelog can be read at: https://developers.blend.com/blend/changelog/v510
Added support for a new providerType enum of OFFER in the POST and GET /packages endpoint and the GET /packages/:id endpoint. This creates a new experience for borrowers when the new enum is used.
Added eNote signing window dates to GET and PATCH APIs for closings in the Close API.
Additional fields added to the Reporting and Account Opening APIs.
Beginning Tuesday May 10, Release Notes will no longer be distributed as a PDF attachment via email, but instead will be published in Blend's new Community tool, which will also be your hub for connecting with peers and getting more information about Blend and our products. We are implementing this change in an effort to make Release Notes less lengthy, less cluttered, and more digestible (thanks to feedback from customers). Release Notes for this week have been posted in Blend Community and are also attached here. On May 10, you will receive an email notifying you that Release Notes have been published in Blend Community, and that email will direct you to the Release Notes/Product Updates section of the Community tool instead of containing an attachment with a PDF of the Release Notes. Please click “Subscribe” in the Product Updates section of the Blend Community to be automatically notified when Release Notes/product updates are published.
