6/28 Beta, 7/26 Prod
Purpose of Update and Benefit: This release is to ensure TRID reporting parity between Blend and External Systems that patch 'tridTriggeredDate' via the Patch Application Data API. Customers leveraging the Mace Innovations integration typically patch this field.
Current Behavior: Patching ‘tridTriggeredDate’ via Public API will overwrite any date/time values that Blend has stored for TRID. This can cause discrepancies on compliance reports. If TRID was triggered first in Blend and later, once ‘tridTriggeredDate’ was patched, different date/time values would exist on the compliance report at different times.
New Behavior: Patching loans with ‘tridTriggeredDate’ will no longer overwrite date/time values that Blend has stored for TRID. Instead, a new field -- ‘tridOverrideDateRecords’ -- will maintain a log of all patches to the ‘tridTriggeredDate’ API. The compliance report will display these patches on a separate line every time ‘tridTriggeredDate’ is patched.
