We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Announcements
Cross Sell Announcement for Consumer Banking Customers
Certain Consumer Banking customers using cross sell may be subject to California’s Civil Code amendment. This amendment becomes effective 1/1/2023 and includes a prescribed disclosure for solicitations to consumers for consumer financial products or services. See Cal. Civ. Code § 1770(28). If you determine that you are subject to this rule, please work with your Blend support team to update your cross sell verbiage.
Deprecating Support of iOS 11 and 12 on Apple Devices for LO Mobile and Blend Agent Applications
This is a notice to our customers who use the LO Mobile and Blend Agent applications. Blend will no longer support iOS 11 and 12 on Apple devices effective 1/1/2023. This change applies to both the LO Mobile and Agent apps. Customers will need to upgrade their Apple devices to a version newer than iOS 12 in order to keep using the mobile apps.

Email and SMS Notifications Database Migration
Blend will be migrating our production database to improve scalability and performance. This will impact borrowers' ability to receive email as well as lenders’ ability to send them. Emails sent during this time will need to be resent after the maintenance is complete. Because this will impact automated notification emails for disclosures issued during the affected period, we suggest not issuing disclosures during the affected period or alerting borrowers to their disclosures through another method.
Expected downtime: 2 hours
