Available now in beta, 7/26 prod
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
The release aims to resolve an issue with the default signature width of OneSpan documents that are added via Disclosures, Close, API Follow-ups, and Process Based follow-ups.
For lenders that have borrowers eSign 4506 tax transcript documents in Blend, this update will primarily address legibility issues for borrowers with longer names.
This is a bug fix update that we are putting into release notes as it was highly requested. This mostly affects DocGens (Wolters Kluwer Expere [not WK eSign], EllieDocs).
Current Behavior:
Currently, when names are greater than 12 or so characters, the text attempts to auto-fit inside of the boundary area of the signature box which causes the appearance of the name to shrink in size.
New Behavior:
We have increased the width of the signature such that names that are longer than 40 characters can fit comfortably and be legible.
Signature Tab Size Width increased by ~2.5x
Initial Tab Width Increased by ~1.06x
