Purpose of Update and Benefit:
In order for Reference numbers to be correctly sent in Byte’s service order, we will be prepending the Borrower SSN to the Reference number
Current Behavior:
Vendor Type is set to Other || Blend
VOA number does not have Borrower SSN
New Behavior
Vendor Type is set to Blend and VOA number has Borrower SSN
