Copy updates for view-only documents in OneSpan

Which customers are impacted?: All customers with OneSpan enabled in their Blend environment(s). 

How to turn on: This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

Blend is updating how view-only user activity in document packages is tracked to ensure better consistency and stability between when view-only documents are marked as viewed, and how updates reflect in Blend and document exports.

One change resulting from these updates is to the call-to-action text in the footer of a view-only document. This updated text will be visible to borrowers and third-party recipients (TPRs) who access a view-only document in OneSpan.

Current Behavior:

Before this change, the copy that appeared at the bottom of view-only documents in OneSpan were:

• Non-final doc copy: ”Continue to the next document <button>Next</button>”
• Final doc copy: “You completed reviewing all your documents <button>Finish</button>”

New Behavior:

After this change, the copy in OneSpan for view-only documents will be updated to: “View the next document or return to the application after all documents have been completed <button>Next</button>”

This text will be the same for all documents in the sequence.
