Customers who have opted-in to Automated Credit Reissue with the Encompass NextGen integration.

How to turn on

This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit

For customers who have opted-in to Automated Credit Reissue with the Encompass NextGen integration, once credit is pulled in Blend, and the process begins with Encompass, all existing liabilities will be deleted in Encompass so that the liabilities can be imported by the Credit Provider’s integration with Encompass.

Current Behavior

Liabilities can be imported from the credit provider via Blend and and the credit provider via Encompass if automated credit reissue is enabled, causing occasional mismatches of data.

New Behavior

Blend imported liabilities will be deleted prior to automated credit reissue running to ensure the liability data comes only from the credit provider via Encompass.
