We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:
Today, when borrowers enter the Blend borrower web application for a mortgage, they can use the “back” button in their browser to navigate back to the lender's website from which they came. With this enhancement, lenders can opt to add a URL to their existing logo located in the upper left corner within the borrower application. During the application process or when logging out, borrowers may want to navigate back to the lender's website and by clicking on the lender's logo, borrowers will now be directed back to the URL of the lender’s choice.
Current Behavior:
Currently, when a borrower clicks on the lender logo in the upper left at any point in the application process, the borrower is then directed to the borrower application homepage in Blend. If you do not opt to add the new functionality to your application, the current behavior will continue for your borrowers when clicking the lender logo.
New Behavior:
If the logo redirect configuration is enabled, borrowers who click on a lender's logo in the upper left corner of the application will be directed to the URL configured for the logo to provide a seamless experience from the application to a lender’s website.
