Date Available: Beta 6/14, Prod 7/2

Which customers are impacted?: This feature will be available for customers who use Encompass as their integrated LOS, and who use follow-ups in Blend to manually collect ITP from borrowers.

Required?: No, opt-in.

How to turn on: This will not be automatically enabled. It will be available beginning on the dates listed above. If you’d like to enable this feature in your environment(s), please contact support@blend.com or your Blend representative.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

With this integration, when ITP is collected in Blend through Blend’s ITP task, we will pass this data to the appropriate Encompass fields and check ITP received in Encompass.  As a result, downstream triggers that run in Encompass as a result of ITP will be able to run automatically.

Current Behavior:

This Blend -> Encompass sync for ITP collection in Blend does not exist currently.

New Behavior:

After disclosures are viewed and signed in Blend and when ITP is given in Blend, the respective fields will be updated in Encompass in real time.  The following fields will be updated in Encompass: ITP checkbox [3164], ITP received date [3197], ITP received by [3973], ITP received method [3974], ITP comments [3976].  Blend will associate ITP with the most recently signed disclosure package that includes a Loan Estimate.

Note: Migrating to this workflow is a change from how the disclosure tracking record is updated in Encompass today. Marking ITP in Blend requires the actual received date to be set which will be updated as a part of this workflow and no longer require a loan open event.
