We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Date Available: Available now in beta, Prod 9/11
Which customers are impacted?:
Customers using Blend Close.
How to turn on:
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
We will be removing the first name and last name of the settlement agent from the LO workspace. The current experience often shows values that the user is not expecting based on how the settlement agent was originally added to the system by another user.
To avoid confusion, we are removing the first and last name for lenders. This change will have no impact on the functionality of the workflow.
Current Behavior:
Currently, when a loan officer adds a settlement agent to a closing, they are able to see the first and last name of the settlement agent in the lender workspace.
New Behavior:
Now available, the loan officer won’t be able to see the first and last name of the settlement agent in the lender workspace once a loan officer adds a settlement agent to a closing.
