Allow Alphanumeric Values for Asset Account IDs

Which customers are impacted?:

Any customer that uses the Blend lender application.

How to turn on:

• This feature is opt-out, meaning, it will be turned ON for all customers on the scheduled beta and prod dates. If wanted, customers can request to turn it off.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

There were issues where some asset account numbers contained letters, and customers were not able to input those in the lending application. This new update will address those concerns to allow inputs of both numbers and letters.

Current Behavior:

Currently, the lender application only allows numbers to be inputted in the asset account number field.

New Behavior:

With the updated feature, the validation on the lending application in the assets section will allow inputs of both numbers and letters.
