Purpose of Update and Benefit:
While the out-of-the-box Blend & Velocify Integration natively sends Blend application status updates back to Velocify, lenders have expressed a need to also capture post-export LOS milestone updates in Velocify, as well. With this new feature, lender customers will be able to track LOS milestones directly in Velocify via their integration with Blend.
This is an opt-in configuration. Lenders should contact Blend Support to configure this in their environment(s).
Current Behavior:
Currently, Velocify is only able to collect application status updates from Blend and not from the lender’s LOS.
New Behavior:
Lender customers will need to have the following enabled in their environments in order for this new feature to take effect:
Velocify integration
Customer’s LOS is already configured to post LOS milestone updates to Blend via an integration like the Encompass Kensie Mae plugin, or the Empower or Mortgage Director integrations
Lender customers who meet the requirements above will work with our Support team to map Blend milestones to Velocify statuses and their corresponding Velocify Status IDs. Once that mapping is complete, the Integrations team will need 48 hours to complete the configuration. After that, the LOS milestone updates will sync to Velocify.
