We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

How to turn on
This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit
Due to the migration from Docusign to OneSpan, Blend has updated the pre-approval letter (PAL) workflow to require that all borrowers view the PAL in their loan hubs. If a borrower has not yet activated their account, the loan team will be required to invite the borrower first.
These changes will only affect customers who use the pre-approval letter (PAL) in their Blend environment and are mandatory, as they are a result of our migration to Onespan.
Current Behavior
Currently, if a borrower has not yet activated their account, the loan team can still send the borrower a PAL. The borrower receives an email from Docusign, where they click on a link to view the PAL.
New Behavior
Borrowers will need to activate their loan hubs in order to view and download pre-approval letters. See the product guide for more information on how the borrower and lender experiences have changed. If you cannot access this guide via this Google Drive link, contact Blend Support or your Blend representative.
