Announcements (2) 

(New) Reverification Help Text Added to Income Verification Results Screen in Lender Application

Loan team members who attempt to re-verify income or employment within Blend will see a new help text box at the top of the Income Verification Results screen. This static message instructs loan team members to click on the re-verify button(s) once, and that multiple clicks will result in multiple reverification charges. The intention of this message is to help prevent unnecessary reverification attempts and charges by loan team members working on a loan in progress. 

This text will only appear in the Income Verification Results screen in the lender-side Blend application, and only in applications where an initial verification of income (VOI) was attempted on the loan through Blend Income or The Work Number. 

The new help text is currently visible in customer beta environments, and will be visible in customer production environments on Monday, December 4, 2023. 

LendingQB / MeridianLink Mortgage OAuth Requirement

LendingQB / MeridianLink Mortgage requires a new authentication protocol (OAuth) per updated security requirements and framework. LOS Administrators will need to add Blend Integration to their services and appropriate API user. Please set this up in Beta and test by 11/30/23. Production set up will need to be completed by 12/31/23. MeridianLink has also sent information on this item as well for further details.
