We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Which customers are impacted?
This feature will only affect lender customers using the pre-approval letter in Blend. Lenders must also not have the “Enable organization contact information only in signature” configuration enabled.
How to turn on
This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit
This feature will allow loan originators to include their Title as inputted in their User Profile in the signature block of the pre-approval letter. Adding the loan originator’s title to the signature block is mandatory for the pre-approval letter formats for the state of Texas, however given that many customers have requested this functionality, we will be rolling this out to all customers for all templates.
New Behavior
When enabled, the loan originator’s Title will be included in their signature block. LOs should ensure that the Title field in their User Profile is updated, and the “Can be loan originator” permission is set to Always for their account.
When enabled, the Title will be in the signature block:
If the field is blank, the line will be removed completely from the signature block.
If the “Enable organization contact information only in signature” configuration is enabled in this environment, then that setting will take priority and only the organization's information will appear in the signature block.
