Purpose of Update and Benefit:
This release will update the Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter (DU) to version 1.8.2 in Blend. All upgrades as part of this release have been tested and approved by Fannie Mae. This will only impact customers who use DU in their Blend environment(s).
New Behavior:
We are upgrading to the next DU version. Below are the main changes made as part of this upgrade:
Added a version identifier
Remove BorrowerPaidFees as an enumeration from
PurchaseCreditTypeOtherDescription. This is now captured as
BorrowerPaidOutsideClosing in PurchaseCreditSourceType
Updated the InvestorProductPlanIdentifier list
