LO Toolkit Support for 3+ Borrowers Update for Encompass Customers
We've identified an issue where non-sharing borrowers are not syncing fully from Blend to Encompass when using the "LO Toolkit Support for 3+ Borrowers" feature (currently in beta).
Encompass Customers:
Once this issue has been resolved, we will send out an additional update.
Important Note:
This issue only affects customers exporting loans to Encompass where non-joint borrowers are indicated as having joint ownership of an asset or liability in Blend.

Scheduled Maintenance - Kubernetes Minor Version Upgrade
We will be performing maintenance to upgrade our kubernetes cluster from version 1.26 to 1.27 during our regularly scheduled maintenance hours. The maintenance is expected to take the full two hours of the listed affected periods below, and we anticipate less than five minutes of total downtime within this window.

(Update) OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance
Update 11/14: OneSpan published new maintenance windows for the first half of 2025. Those dates have been added, below.
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced recurring downtime for maintenance windows. These downtimes will result in periods where Blend lender and applicant users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Existing eSign tasks will be able to be reopened once maintenance is over.
Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to re-attempt creating or issuing eSign tasks.
Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.
