LPA 5.3.00 Update

Which customers are impacted?:

Any customer that uses Blend for LPA. 

How to turn on:

This feature will be automatically enabled for all customers on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

This release is to update to the newest LPA version 5.3.00. 

Current Behavior:

Currently, we are using LPA 5.2.00

New Behavior:

We are updating to 5.3.00. Below is a summary of the new updates: 

1. Updated AboutVersionIdentifier to S5.3.00
2. Updated DataVersionIdentifier to 5.3.00
3. Added support for LiabilityPaymentIncludesTaxesInsuranceIndicator. This is a new required indicator for mortgage liabilities and indicates whether the mortgage liability amount listed includes taxes and insurance.
4. As part of the above change, we added a checkbox for taxes/insurance on the monthly debt page, as well as the same question in the REO section in the UI. 

5. Added support for requesting lpa:RequestedDocumentType = MetadataResponse
6. The LPA response now includes two new data points, HUDMedianIncomeAmount and lpa:CalculatedAreaMedianIncomePercentNumber, which we are saving from the response.
