Which customers are impacted?: Any customer that uses the mobile application.
How to turn on: This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
The LO mobile application has added the ability to view and edit basic borrower information as well as capture SMS consent, similar to what's currently available on desktop. Loan officers will now be able to see both primary and co-borrower information on the mobile app. For customers who have SMS consent enabled, loan officers are now able to capture SMS consent on both mobile and desktop.
Note: This does not include the SCIF questions or consents. Current Behavior:
Currently, borrower information and SMS consent is not available on the mobile app.
New Behavior:
Available now on the mobile app, loan officers have the ability to view and edit basic primary information for both the primary borrower and co-borrower.
Available now, for customers who have SMS consent enabled, loan officers can capture SMS consent on the mobile app.
