(New) Kensie Mae Bridge for Encompass Updates

Our partner, Kensie Mae Technologies, has released a major version of their Kensie Mae Bridge Encompass Plugin recently. This version had some bugs reported and our records show we have some customers that have installed this version and not taken recent patches that stabilize the plugin. We strongly recommend all customers to check their plugin version and, if currently running 23.6.1 or 23.6.2, then to upgrade to stable version 23.6.4.

Critical Bug Fixes

This release fixes these issues automatically the next time a user opens and saves the loan file.

• Fixed an issue where eConsent would get cleared when saving a loan
• Fixed an issue with the eDisclosure Tracking details 'Consent Form Accepted' date. This date was being set incorrectly to the eConsent date. This would cause the LE/CD received dates to push back to the eConsent date as opposed to that package’s actual received date.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with disclosure tracking records in some cases where the LE Sent and Received dates were not populating.
• Fixed an issue with disclosure tracking records for Lenders that name their SSPL, Safe Harbor, LE or CD documents with a custom name. The issue caused Yes/No identifier on the DT record to not find the document and therefore would not be set correctly;
• Fixed an issue when sending an Appraisal type follow-up to Blend. The document would fail to upload causing the below message.
