We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Date Available: Beta: Available now, Production: Available now
Which customers are impacted?: Any customer can leverage this opt-in feature.
How to turn on: This will not be automatically enabled for our customers. It will be available beginning on the dates listed above. If you’d like to take advantage of this functionality, please email support@blend.com.
Purpose of Update and Benefit: This feature ensures that an applicant's browser can automatically redirect them to a relevant page other than the standard Blend "logout". This is particularly useful for kiosks at branches or other in-person events where there can be multiple applicants using the same device after one another.
Current Behavior: Prior to this release, if an applicant were to logout/sign-out of the Blend application portal, their browser would be redirected to a url similar to https://blend-borrower.blendlabs.com/logout
New Behavior: If an applicant signs into Blend using a link which contains the "?signoutUrl=<link>" URL parameter, upon logout of their current user session, they will now be redirected to the <link> specified within the URL parameter used. This will allow customers to customize the landing page that borrowers will be redirected to.
