DU 1.9 Update

Which customers are impacted?:

All customers that use DU in Blend are impacted.  

Required?:

• Yes, this is a required release. Required releases are features that Blend wants to standardize in the codebase, and typically do not require additional configuration. 

How to turn on: 

• This feature will be automatically enabled on the dates listed above.

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

This is an update to the DU version so that we are aligned with the latest DU version 1.9.

Current Behavior:

Blend DU users are currently using the 1.8.4 version. 

New Behavior:

This release will update the DU version to 1.9, which also includes the previous version 1.8.5. In reviewing the DU 1.8.5 and 1.9 specifications provided by Fannie, the only change needed was to update the AboutVersionIdentifier. Other changes outlined were related to text updates in the spec or to items Blend currently does not support.
