We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

Announcements (1)
(New) Blend Public API TLS Certificate Rotation
The TLS certificate for the Blend Public API (api.blend.com and api.blendlabs.com) will expire on October 18th, 2024. In preparation of this date, Blend rotated the certificate in production on October 3, 2024. The only customers who are impacted by this rotation are those who authenticate to the Blend Public API via mTLS. Blend has proactively contacted impacted customers to assist with the rotation. Customers who are not impacted will not notice any changes in their environments.
If you have any questions or if you need a copy of our new public TLS certificate chain, please reach out to Blend Support or your Blend representative.
Maintenance Announcements (1)
OneSpan eSign Provider Maintenance
One of Blend’s eSign vendors, OneSpan, has announced recurring downtime for maintenance. These downtimes will result in periods where lender and borrower users will not be able to create new eSign envelopes or sign outstanding envelopes.
Existing eSign tasks will be able to be reopened once maintenance is over.
Failed creation of disclosures, closings, or other eSign tasks will not automatically be retried. Users will need to re-attempt creating or issuing eSign tasks.
Will there be a maintenance page during this time?
No.
What are the affected periods for beta and production?
