The Work Number (TWN) NuOFX integration: Manual VOI and other new lender-side functionalities

Purpose of Update and Benefit:

Blend recently built a new integration with The Work Number® by Equifax. This enhanced integration, NuOFX, gives customers access to additional Equifax mortgage income and employment verification services, in addition to other benefits. 

For customers who have already worked with Blend to upgrade to the NuOFX integration, Blend will now support the following lender-side functionalities: 

• Ordering manual verification of income and employment

• Per-employer re-verification

• Per-employer salary key / alternate ID

These features will be available for customers who are using the new Equifax integration for TWN. All other customers will be unaffected. Please contact your Blend account partner to learn more about this new integration and to enable it in your environment.
