We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
For this release, we anticipate the following introductions in your environments. Each entry below is linked to their specific update containing more information. Major features are documented in the Blend Knowledge Base accessible at Blend Help Center.

Changes to SMS copy
Some customers reported that some SMS messages sent via the Blend platform were being split into multiple messages (a.k.a. segments). While all SMS messages are sent as one message, some carriers would split the message into segments of 153 characters, which could cause the URL to split. To address this issue, the copy of the SMS messages has been revised so that any URL will more likely be pushed into a second segment.
You can view the current message copy for all SMS messages in our product guide. Only the messages that included a URL will have been changed.
