We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Available: Beta 8/9, Prod 11/15
Which customers are impacted?
All customers with follow-ups
How to turn on
This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above. This feature was released in beta in August.
Purpose of Update and Benefit
BlendSign will now be available for Custom eSign Follow-ups, which will allow lenders to upload, tag, and send documents leveraging OneSpan as an eSign provider. This does not apply to 4506-C/Tax Transcript Follow-Up types.
Current Behavior
Currently, DocuSign is the sole eSign provider for Custom Follow-Ups.
New Behavior
Custom eSign Follow-Ups will now leverage Blend Sign, which uses OneSpan as a preferred eSign provider and DocuSign as the secondary provider. This update was part of the custom follow-ups for TPRs release announced in August but the production release of the Blend Sign component in production was delayed for further testing.
If you are having difficulty seeing the custom follow-ups tagging window, please check to see that third party cookies are enabled on your browser.
