Update 7/19: The activity log updates are on hold. The team is targeting a Beta release the week of 7/22 and a Prod release the week of 8/6.
Update 7/15: This is just changing for activity log and follow-ups for now. Copy changes to the filters on the docs tab will be implemented in the future.
Date Available: Beta: TBD, Prod: TBD
Which customers are impacted?: This update applies to all customers. The update will be going into all enterprise/ banker/ lender side environments regardless of what products are being used.
Required?:
How to turn on:
Purpose of Update and Benefit: References to the word “loan” and “borrower” have been removed from the banker side because the word “loan” is not relevant to all Blend products. We are updating the copy so that the terminology is more general and applicable to all the different product types Blend supports. This is just a handful of words on the activity log tab of the Enterprise / Banker / Lender side.
Current Behavior: Some of the references to “loan” were updated to “application” a couple months ago. Users can see that references to loans have been removed from the main pipeline page.
New Behavior: This is a continuation of those copy updates. References to the words “loan” and “borrower” have also been removed from the activity log. This is an example of what one of the copy changes will look like:
"Turn off notifications to all applicants"
