Which customers are impacted?: Any customer that uses the mobile application
How to turn on: This feature will automatically be turned on for all customers on the dates listed above.
Purpose of Update and Benefit: The pipeline search has been updated within the LO Mobile application to allow for a more seamless mobile experience. Loan officers can now search by the same elements they can on desktop, including borrower name, borrower email, address, and loan ID.
Current Behavior: Currently, loan officers are only able to search by borrower name.
New Behavior: Available now, loan officers can search by borrower name, borrower email, address, and loan ID.
