Announcements:

4506C vendor information

• Blend will be reaching out to collect 4506C vendor information from customers. If your account partner has not already reached out, please email them with your 4506C vendor information. This data will be used to inform the fall back flow for Blend Sign.

Maintenance Announcements:

Blend services database maintenance

• Blend will be updating database services to apply standard security updates. These changes are transparent to the application experience and not intended to impact core business functions.

Maintenance Window (see below):

• Prod: 10 minutes downtime with no borrower impact anticipated
  • Wednesday, June 15th 2022 @12AM - 2AM PST

Blend Income database maintenance

• Blend will be upgrading the Blend Income database to improve latency for employer search autocomplete in the employer login experience. We expect no downtime and no impact to the application experience during this upgrade.

• Updated Contextual Help Text for “Why do we need your consumer reports?”

• Consumer Terms Display Change
• Consumer Terms New Configurability
• Disable the Pull Fees button in the Details of Transaction page when required fields are missing
