We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.
Available Now in Beta and Prod
Which customers are impacted?:
All customers that have Google Analytics (GA) configured through their tag management implementation with Blend.
How to turn on:
Customers can access the guide through help.blend.com to configure.
Purpose of Update and Benefit:
Per Google, any customers that have Google Analytics (GA) configured through their tag management implementation with Blend are required to migrate from GA's Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) by July 1, 2023. As of February 27th, Blend has completed the product support for GA4 and is now available for configuration in both Blend beta and production environments. The configuration within the Blend tenant takes only a few minutes and is performed by customers within the Your Settings>Setup>Analytics admin section. A GA4 configuration guide on help.blend.com is available so customers can quickly and easily make the configuration in Blend without requiring assistance from Blend Support.
New Behavior:
Customers can easily update their Blend tenant configuration to enable GA4 tags and events. Blend allows GA4 tags to load within the Blend environment so that events are passed to Google Analytics for reporting purposes.
