Announcements (1)

(New) Support for Fannie Mae’s Single Source Validation (SSV) and Freddie Mac’s Asset and Income Modeler (AIM) in Blend

Several customers have reached out regarding Fannie Mae’s VOIE via asset report in DU validation service and Freddie Mac’s Asset and Income Modeler programs. These programs are supported in Blend currently, as long as customers have enabled long asset history in their environments.

Long asset history allows our data providers to pull 12 months of borrower asset data for accounts linked by borrowers during the assets workflow. When the AUS services are run, the GSEs receive the report ID for the borrower’s asset data. The borrower’s asset data is accessed and analyzed when DU and/or LPA is run, and results of the assessments will appear in the DU and LPA results files. No additional work is required from borrowers or loan team members in order to run these programs in Blend, and there will be no changes to the borrower or loan team workflow.

Blend customers who have previously requested that we enable long asset history to support other Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs do not need to do anything else in order to start using these new DU and LPA programs. Customers who have not yet enabled long asset history should reach out to Blend Support or their Blend representatives in order to enable it.
