Maintenance Announcement

Blend services database maintenance

Blend will be updating database services to apply standard security updates. These changes are transparent to the application experience and not intended to impact core business functions. The total downtime is expected to be ~10 minutes, and we do not anticipate impacts to borrower-facing features.

Affected Period:
Prod: Tuesday, July 12th 2022 @12AM - 2AM PST

Announcements

Update to Consumer Terms New Configurability release

We had previously announced and deployed this release allowing lenders to add some configurability to borrower consents. We uncovered a bug in the release and rolled it back temporarily while we resolved it. The bug has been fixed, and will be redeployed to customer environments on Wednesday, July 6th.

Updating font families in all Blend-owned properties

Throughout the month of July, Blend will be replacing Gotham and Whitney font families with Untitled font families in all Blend-owned applications. The first visible change will occur on Tuesday, July 5th, which will include the user interface (UI) for all Blend-owned login screens, and the borrower application and home pages.

The font families will continue to be replaced in different features (e.g. documents generated in Blend, mobile applications, lender workspace, etc.) throughout this month, and we expect this work to be completed by July 31, 2022.
