Add Custom Questions to Borrower and Lender Workflows
We have a limited number of spots available as we roll out an exciting new feature, custom questions. This is currently available for testing, and we’re looking for a few customers to pilot with us. If your LOS is Empower or Encompass Next Gen and you’re interested in adding custom questions to your application (either borrower and/or lender) please reach out to your Account Partner for more information.
Feature Releases through the end of 2022
Like every year, Blend will be implementing code freezes over Thanksgiving and the winter holidays. No regular releases or changes to production will occur during the following time periods (endpoints inclusive):
What this means for customers:
No Required features will be introduced to customer production environments during the longer Winter code freeze.
Release Notes during the week of Thanksgiving will be posted on Wednesday, November 23, instead of Friday, due to the holiday.
If there are existing and previously-communicated features that you would like to enable in your beta or production environments during either code freeze, you may do so at your discretion. Contact Blend Support or your Blend representative for assistance.
If you have any questions, please contact Blend Support or your Blend representative.
New Integration with The Work Number® by Equifax for Verification of Income and Employment
In late 2021/early 2022, Blend built and announced a new integration with The Work Number® by Equifax for Verification of Income and Employment. This newly enhanced integration gives you access to additional Equifax mortgage income and employment verification services, in addition to other benefits. In order to access these additional services, you must migrate your current integration to the new one. Equifax will no longer offer support for the old integration effective December 1, 2022. Blend sent announcements about this to impacted customers in early 2022 via email, and most customers have already migrated to the new integration. If you have not migrated yet or have any questions, please reach out to your Blend Account Team and/or Blend Support (support@blend.com).
