Description:

We will be upgrading the MongoDB version to 5.0 on the beta and prod clusters

OneSpan Monthly Downtime

Description: One of Blend's eSign vendors, OneSpan, just announced recurring downtime for maintenance windows.These downtimes will result in periods where users will not be able to interact with their service to issue or sign eSign envelopes.

Will this impact the borrower app?

Yes. Users will be unable to eSign some documents during the outage. Some disclosures and closings will not be sendable.

Will this impact the lender app?

Yes. Lenders will see errors when trying to eSign some documents.

Affected Period:

The following is the list of the maintenances in US1 Production up until November 2023:

Beta:

  • July 23rd at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • August 20th at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • September 17th at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • October 22nd at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • November 19th at 00:00-04:00 ET

Prod:

  • July 23rd at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • August 20th at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • September 17th at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • October 22nd at 00:00-04:00 ET
  • November 19th at 00:00-04:00 ET

 

Note: These are listed as nominally 2-4hr max duration, but have historically been dramatically less for most of the recent ones.
