Date Available: Available now
Which customers are impacted?: Deposit Account customers on Builder.
Required?: Yes, this is a required release. Required releases are features that Blend wants to standardize in the codebase, and typically do not require additional configuration.
How to turn on: This reporting dashboard enhancement is available now. No action is required to see these updates.
Purpose of Update and Benefit: New dashboards have been added to the Mode reports in the Banker Portal. Key updates include the addition of metrics for online vs. banker submission volumes, app source and app start volumes, app start volumes by login method, and the median time for manual referrals to terminal decisions.
Current Behavior: Currently, the Mode reports in the Banker Portal do not include these new metrics. The previous version only covered basic submission volumes and app start data, without differentiating between online vs. banker submissions, login methods, or providing insights into manual referral times. These updates now offer more detailed and comprehensive reporting to enhance decision-making and operational visibility.
New Behavior:
These are all the net-new visualizations you can expect to see in the Consumer Deposit Account reporting dashboard.
These new visualizations enable you to monitor and optimize application workflows across multiple dimensions, from channel performance to submission efficiency. By offering a more detailed view of application behavior and submission patterns, you can optimize channel strategies, and ultimately increase conversion rates.
Here are some examples of some of the new dashboards you can expect to see on the Banker side for Deposit Accounts.
