When an LO completes the application on behalf of the borrower, can the loan officer send an invitation to the borrower and co-borrower at the same time?

When a loan officer adds a custom message at the bottom of follow-up items, we are not seeing the custom information the LO added was sent to the borrower.

When we have borrowers that have multiple loans with us, they sign into Blend and get a message that the email already exists and can't go any further.  What is the work-around for this?  

How does an LO enter a grant in Blend?

If a loan officer enters a loan in Blend are they able to connect assets for the borrower?

What notifications does the loan officer see in the Blend app for what the borrower has completed?  I.E.  If the borrower completes the IDP, will the LO see notification?
