Sending docs via Encompass to Blend if loan is archived

If a loan is archived in Blend, can documents be sent from Encompass to Blend?

  Hi Jill Harper,

  Can you clarify how you are sending the documents from Encompass to Blend?

  If you send the document (as a follow-up) using the KensieMae to an archived loan in Blend, it will fail and the following message and warning will pop up.

  

   

  

  The error logs will show “Error: Invalid request. Validation error occurred.” and “Error: Locked. - Cannot upload document because this loan is archived and cannot be modified.”
