Xactus & Encompass Users?

Hi,

Has anyone had issues with Xactus credit, Blend & Encompass when resetting the Xactus credit password? We recently had to reset the Xactus credit password which created a waterfall of issues with running DU in Encompass and then password lockouts with Blend.
