Anyone using a 3rd party vendor to automate & pull in closing fees, such as LodeStar or Ernst?  We are looking into implementing this process so, just looking for some information and feedback on your experience with any of these companies.

  I'm not- I wish Blend offered this as a service, seems like it would be easy enough to configure. I'd love to know how you make out if you chose to integrate with a 3rd party vendor.

  We use LodeStar, it was easy to setup with Blend once we had LodeStar setup my only complain is the fees are applied manually so the LO has to go and click to apply the fees and if you are using scenarios you have to re-apply the fees in each scenario

  We are using Closing Corp SmartFees through Blend.  It is "ok".  It is more like SmartFees Lite because you can only choose one of your title companies to use as the default set of fees that populate.
