RON - Realtor attend virtual signing?

Instructions read that the Lender cannot attend the closing but the title company and Borrower's attorney are optional attendees. Can the Borrower's Realtor attend?

  Hi Sharla Frazier!

  I just checked with my team and they let me know that anyone can attend, including the lender. Please include details of Name and email address of any non-borrower/non-signer parties who need to attend the RON session in the special instructions when sending a RON closing. You can also reach out to scheduling@blendnotary.com and our Operations team will add the participants as requested.
