What notifications does the loan officer see in the Blend app for what the borrower has completed? I.E. If the borrower completes the IDP, will the LO see notification?

The LO Mobile App has push notifications available for 4 instances:
- Application Start
- Application Submit
- Application Abandoned
- Application Assigned
You can modify notifications from the settings page (your picture or initials in the upper right corner of the app)
In addition to these notifications, you can stay up to date on your borrowers progress by monitoring the follow-ups section in a individual file. This will allow you to review when a borrower has submitted, signed or reviewed a document such as the IDP.
